First Cut Greens started the same way a lot of good things do - small and close to home.
What began as growing fresh microgreens for family quickly turned into something more. After seeing the difference in flavour, quality, and freshness compared to store-bought greens, it became clear there was an opportunity to bring that same experience to others locally.
First Cut is built around a simple idea:
Fresh & nutrient-dense food should be accessible, local, and grown with care.
Everything is grown in small batches, with no shortcuts and no mass production, just a focus on quality from seed to harvest. Each tray is cut at peak freshness and delivered directly, so what you’re getting is as fresh as it gets.
