Refund Policy

Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we cannot accept returns.

If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a brief description (and photo if possible). We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Missed deliveries

  • Improper storage after delivery

Our goal is to deliver fresh, high-quality microgreens every week. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
