Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products offered by First Cut Greens may be available as recurring purchases (subscriptions).

Recurring Purchases

When you select a recurring purchase option:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically based on the selected schedule

  • Products will be prepared and delivered according to the delivery details shown at checkout

Managing or Cancelling

You may pause, skip, or cancel a recurring purchase at any time through your customer account.

To make changes for an upcoming delivery, please do so before [cutoff day/time, e.g. Thursday at 6:00 PM].
Changes made after this cutoff will apply to the following delivery cycle.

Perishable Products

Because our products are fresh and perishable:

  • Changes or cancellations made after the cutoff may not be eligible for a refund

  • Once an order is in preparation, it cannot be modified

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are charged at checkout and are not recurring. These orders are subject to our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
